A NAMM show is always a great event, andthis year was no exception. It was held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California January 14th through the 17th, andthe music industry put on a nice show. Walking the floor, one never knows who he’s going to run into. There are lots of familiar faces - friends who represent the manufacturers, friends who work at the stores you deal withand friends who ....

Well - the final day of NAMM was a bit uneventful but exciting. Spent most of the day walking the show floor - looking at things I might of missed - trying not to think too much about the pain in my feet or the back of my legs...

Spent the majority of the day walking the floor snapping photo’s and talking with people just about the show in general, drums, pedals, music and anything else we could come across. Ran into Jim Feck and his lovely wife and we spent some ....

Well - another day has come and gone here at NAMM 2010. After being really not blown away by anythingon day 1 except for the excellent musicat the Volto show last night, I walked into the show today with no expectations other than seeing what else I could see. To that extent I wasn’t disappointed.

We really didn’t see anything ground breaking on day two either - but its still fun to make it around the show floor and see the gear and thats the ....

I’d like to start this years first daily write up by saying that I 100% love coming to this show every year. I love seeing the poeple, the new gear, the old gear, the vibe, just the general celebration of music that goes on in and around the show. The show is first a foremost a place for manufacturers to conduct business - to get the sales that keep them going and creating and developing products that make our lives as musicians (and media) what it is. ....
